Understanding the Market

Three level, up-to-date analysis of the current market. This includes the greater Austin market, your local sub-market, and your subdivision.

Assessing/Appraising the Value of Your Home

A customized Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report showing what you home is valued at in the current market. The report will include homes that recently sold, homes under contract, and homes currently on the market that are similar to yours.

Set the Right Price

Based on the Market Value Analysis and your CMA we will determine what price to list your home that will best meet your objectives and that is consistent with the current market.

Bottom Line - Net Sheet

Based on the list price selected, you will be provided with a report that will show what you should expect to net should your home sell at that amount.

Prepare Your Home For Sale

Assess current condition, devise a plan to make improvements, make necessary repairs, stage home to best show its features, maximize curb appeal. Assist you with finding resources to help with repairs. Consider having a pre-inspection.

Advertising Your Home

Launch robust marketing plan to get the word out that your home is on the market. The plan will give your home the maximum exposure as possible.

Offers and Contracts

Present offers, advise on pros and cons, negotiate with buyers agent, handle paperwork throughout, negotiate repairs if inspected, monitor process through closing.

Closing

Sign closing documents and all necessary paperwork, buyers mortgage company funds transaction, transfer title to new owners.
